"Family owned and would sometimes get stuck in between family disputes.One sibling was totally incompetent and had a vile personality, but we had to deal with thisbecause he was the owners son."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should stop micromanaging everthing. They have hired very professional people and should allow them to do their job."
