"I love the ability to help guide engineers though the design and sales processes. What I hate about the job is that there are a lot of last minute issues to deal with. Given that the environment is in a large state of flux, and we have sales deadlines to meet, there are always internal issues that have to be completed that seem to get announced or put off to the last minute."

"I loved working with my teammates, who were all professionals dedicated to making their customers happy. Unfortunately upper management wasn't interested in keeping my team around, and decided to lay off the whole customer support team here in Austin to move the job function back to Minneapolis, before hiring sufficient team members in MPLS. Outside of losing my job, it is a major disservice to the customer base to fire their support team before training a new one in their place."
