"Be yourself, be confident and be creative. Fashion is a hard industry to stay on top of and you must consistantly be looking towards the future."
What don't you like about working at Miss Jackson's?
"It was a very small company with little room for growth. It was a great starting place but not a long term career choice."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The only suggestion I would be that in order to make money you have to spend money. They were almost too frugal in their marketing efforts. I did the best I could with almost zero budget."
