"get prepared to rework everyday & forget about weekends things, there are no such words."

What don't you like about working at Digitas?

"brief changes everyday, but deadline remain the same, so have to rework multiple times on the same project."

"if briefs/requirements are changed then please get the people enough time to work."

What do you like about working at Digitas?

"The culture is great and supportive. It's not too busy and you can always find a quiet place to focus. It's also really collaborative and I like that."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Digitas is filled with some pretty genius people, but also people who ended up there because they didn't have anything else to do with their business degree. You really have to have a passion for it or be okay with just doing it for the money."

What don't you like about working at Digitas?

"It's hard to feel like you're doing something important. In the end, you're trying to convince people that buying a pair of shoes will change their lives."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I'd make pitches less one-note. We're still using really out-dated methods of advertising and a lot of people aren't familiar with newer methods. We need to focus less on focus groups and stereotypes and more on creating individual relationships with our customers and products."

"This is a very good company but don't get stuck as a full time freelancer."

"Relied too heavily on freelancers. Relied too heavily on freelancers."

"Stop depending on freelancers to do the work of full time staffers."

"Don't interview - so many better shops out there that will put you on the map faster."

What don't you like about working at Digitas?

"It's a very political place.You could essentially be a high performer but if you weren't kissing ass to the right folks, they were essentially abused, threatened and forced to leave. The HR practices were so awful that folks who left could easily sue Digitas."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Watch your senior managers and the games they play. You lost a lot of talent as a result."

"I genuinely enjoy working with the people I work with."

"As long as you want to do advertising you'll be fine here."

"They pay lip service to caring about the kind of work that I do."
