"Very talented people who don't push you to do more than the minimum."

"Stay away, far away if you are looking for a challenge or consistent work. Be prepared to be let go when workload drops, the company loses a lot of good people and doesn't seem to care"

"no teamwork, not challenging work, company does not really enough business, emphasis is on sales, not client retention, too much travel"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to your talented people for new business ideas. Think out of the box. Create programs that last more than a few months"

"Great people, great office. Likely some good opportunities in the future."

"If you want in, you gotta impress, and stay with it. Not for the faint hearted."

"Feast or famine. Penny pinching. Mediocre to poor benefits. Stressful environment. Congested system/processes."

"it's too complicated for this little space here. lots of things."

"Management is trying hard to make improvements. The will is there, the opportunities are great."

"The interviewing process is confusing and badly managed. Jobs are posted that don't exist, folks are interviewed repeatedly, unnecessarily. If you really want to work here, you have to impress with a portfolio and experience. Really impress."

"The company is going through some growing pains, but generally a good place to work. My work right now is not a good match with my skills or my interests."

"Keep trying. I think it's going in the right direction."
