"the lack of professionalism, no consistent communication or return of calls/messages; always was a run-around... took weeks before my pay was correctly handled and completed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve account management skills.. be more concerned about your consultants you place. Take feedback and build a rapport with consultants.. it will only help the brand. Be more honest and transparent. Be more honest about the corporate policies and guidelines."
