"Look to the lower employees for competent supervisors or managers, many employees I worked with had hidden talents, and did not divulge this until directly asked."

"I don't like my schedule. I don't mind working 11pm - 7am but I don't like my days off. Currently I have Wed & Thurs off."

"Good luck and I hope you don't mind working for 21 year old kids that think they know it all, and really have no clue"

What don't you like about working at W.W. Williams?

"They let 20 year old kids run the shop. They have no clue of the responsibility. They have a lack of understanding. They also as a company whole will tell you that they teach what you need know. This is a joke. I worked their for 6 months worked over tI'me and did everything I could to learn more...No matter how hard you worked it was never good enough. I consistence asked for more information more knowledge and was never even given the chance to learn more. One of the younger kids that was hired just as I was was given every thing that I wanted as he stood there and said, I'm here just to-learn when I know more I'm leaving. So they sent him to school and refused to send myself and a few others. Maybe it was because I worked hard and had a natural knack for what I was doing. I don't know. They even ran off a few of their best mechanic's because they were tired of them saying the way u are running this is wrong."

"I have know because they are a joke as well"
