"Maybe sit down with the soldiers and ask them how things could be changed for the better of the company."

"Yes, hold your head up, looking them straight in the eyes. When they ask the question, what are you looking to may a hour, you say, 18.00 hrs. Thank You."

"Be more than a paper-pusher, be a hands-on type of manager. meaning- don't be afraid to get oil on your hands."

"Do not get fooled by all the empty promises and silly one liners that will be used to gain your trust in thinking you have made the right decision to work for this company!!"

"The pay scale is way to low for the demand the job requires that's why no one wants to apply !!!!!!!"

"Learn to be more honest with your employees and make it sound as if you care about the job they do!"

What do you like about working at General Petroleum?
"I could drive to the job and test my skills and knowledge to get the job done. I was self motivated and made decitions for the fate of trucks."
What don't you like about working at General Petroleum?
"When the company got bought out by Maxium Petroleum the job security left and the high managment felt it was cheaper to farm out the work of our trucks than to have in house mechanics."

"Keep the mechanics happy, but also be resonable."
