"Offered a Full Time position, after long trip for interview and unpaid relocation process, only to find after being there 2 months that the company's definition of Full Time and Websters were different. Full Time is based on 1,000 hours per year to receive what company deemed as full time benefits and a one weeks added paycheck, NOT really a "defined" Full Time position. Once project you are assigned to is completed and if company does not have another to send you directly out on, you are laid off versus working out of office, either preparing for next project or by/both increasing your marketable qualifications. NO COMPENSATION provide for bringing in new accounts and if known you can possibly bring in business and don't, it is held against you. Lastly, They will also attempt to have you sign a contract with company that does not allow you to take employment with any competitive employer within 200 miles of their location for a 12 month period, whether you quit or are terminated. It also states that you must notify any potential employer of this contract and you must first ask the company for their OK/permission prior to you apply to any potential employer. And if they do not agree, you are NOT permitted to apply. Even with all the above issues, would still provide them with at least a 2 week notice, prior to separation due to integrity."
