DON'T BE FOOLED at interview, if told that your being hired as a full time employee: Full time is 1000 hours per year for poor benefits options and then get laid off versus working back at office. ? So, NOT REALLY full time, but just another contractor. ? No Relocation or Per-Diem provided if offered "So Called" Full Time, so ALL EXPENSES ARE OUT OF POCKET. ? Don't follow through with what they initially promise. ? BE SURE TO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!! ? No Contract/Offer Letter provided when going out on new jobs and change requirements to suit. ? Initial MOB & Expenses are out of pocket until first paycheck, so you must have money stashed to take offered position. ? MOB & DEMOB to Worksite is TO and FROM THEIR OFFICE, regardless if you are traveling from a farther distance. ? NO COMPENSATION provide for bringing in new accounts and if known you can possibly bring in business and don't, it is held against you. ? Family time off on Long Term Jobs, consist of a long weekend (4 days) regardless of how far home is. ? They will also attempt to have you sign contracts that does not allow you to take employment with any competitive employer within 200 miles of their location for a 12 month period, whether you quit or terminated. ?
