"I enjoyed the fact that they gave me leeway to run my operations as I saw fit, even though they weren't always run in prescribed company ways."

What don't you like about working at DHL Express?

"I did not like the reverse pyramid management scheme which was in play in DHL. They needed more front line management but instead wanted less front line management and more executives."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To not forget the importance of training."
