"Very good company to work for. My co-workers were very understanding and hard working people!"
"I work as a Teacher's Assistant at Devry and tutor student on computer programming, math, statistics and science."
"I worked for DeVry University for almost five years. During my time there I enjoyed what I did and the relationships and friendships I created. Overall it was a great work environment and was fortunate to have a great supervisor."
"An employee for 7 years, I've had the experience of serving in many roles with DeVry. I've met some really good people along the way. I believe you make the most of your situations in any place that you work. DeVry could do a much better job of career pathing for its talent and bottom line workers, but loses a lot of great people because of indecisive and stagnant management. I personally recognized opportunities to improve ROI through the termination of marketing campaigns that were unprofitable. This saved one institution over 3 million dollars per year. It didn't get me a promotion, it got me no recognition, and no clear path to a better future. After 7 years of service, I took my MBA, and left. If you need experience and want to get your hands dirty to learn, this could be a great place to start. They will load on the stretch assignments and resignation of other employees' work pretty heavy. If you're competent, your job description may change multiple times in the same year. Sometimes you will find yourself training managers on how to do their own jobs. The pay is ok, but you can make a lot more somewhere else. I enjoyed the culture, and the executive team tries to make it a good place to work."
"Awesome company! They have taught me so much about Information Technology and solving the problems that technology presents."
"I worked for DeVry University for 3 years. The staff is very kind and respectful."
"DeVry University has been a struggling entity within the education sector for a decade, going through changes in ownership, leadership, and internal structure again and again. Downsizing is an annual occurrence which most employees fear each Spring. Otherwise, great work/life balance!"
