I can do my job from any location around the world and work as many hours per week as I wish. This level of flexibility is extremely important for me as it allows me to balance my work/personal life and my income as needed. There's a lot going on at the company, new projects or upgrades, so there's this feeling of constant evolution that I really appreciate.
