"I've been working at DetailXPerts for 3+ years and one of the best things about this company is its management team and the flexibility you get. I can do my job from any location around the world and work as many hours per week as I wish. This level of flexibility is extremely important for me as it allows me to balance my work/personal life and my income as needed. There's a lot going on at the company, new projects or upgrades, so there's this feeling of constant evolution that I really appreciate. Internal communication is very good, pay is fair, and you are encouraged to express your honest opinion (management realizes that this is needed to move the company forward). Great colleagues, too."
