"It can feel like getting paid to enjoy yourself at times but its understaffed."
What do you like about working at Coldwater Creek?
"Flexibility, casual atmosphere, feeling like I was my own boss, being thanked several times a day, feeling like a hero at times, understanding coworkers, learning something new constantly, tons of good benefits, and very friendly coworkers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"They are one laid-back company with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly people. Good benefits, great cafes!, massages, sauna, gym, parties, pool pong & racketball, free drinks/food often, and you can buy piles of nice women's clothes for less than 20$. Beware that the town is very small and everything done will be known by everyone so if you were to come across the wrong way to someone than everyone will know about it but for the most part everyone is really friendly."
What don't you like about working at Coldwater Creek?
"Attractive women promoted faster than the harder-working men who have more experience. Mostly the fact that the company is not earning money right now."

"Most people talk about leaving due to lack of promotions."

"Be confident, research company history, ask questions, and remember you are also interviewing the employer, make sure they are right fit for you."

"Not much room for growth, with budgets and exams for Civil Service titles make it very competative"

"Do not Charge an application Fee for City Civil exams and job postings, can get expensive."
