"This is small company that relies on loyalty, personality, and honesty. Show some good job history, show your personality in the interview, and be honest as to why you have work history gaps or were laid off."

What don't you like about working at Design Strategy?

"The opportunities to grow are limited by the accounts/business they have within the portfolio. Not sure this is really any different then other companies of it size...may be more of a don't like about smaller orgs than DSC."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think they need to enhance their strategy, invest in diversifying the managed service portfolio. Grow beyond break-fix, onsite and move into remote management, proactive professional services. The need more competencies in server/storage services, end-of-life recycling, national config centers, and a PSA/Help Desk tool."

"the micromanagement of staff and old fashioned out of date ways to accomplish work, like no home office so as to avoid 5 hours a day commuting to do the same work that could be done effectively via home office."

"pay attention to your valuable resources who were sucvcessful n previous companies and have a lot to offer."
