What don't you like about working at Design Reactor?
"They make you work insane hours and pay you very little for it. Some nights I would only be allowed 3 or 4 hours of sleep. They actually have couches in the office that people sleep on regularly. They have frequent employee turnover for a reason."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pay industry wages. Give people some sleep. Respect your employees. Set up internal processes that work. Respect you clients and the promises you make to them."
