"This was a family owned company and there was communication between family that should have been shared with other employees but wasn't."

"Prepare a written information sheet specifieing the requirements for each project. Sign it off and have the customer sign off too."

"inconsistent work load, when we have a lot of work we will have almost 200 employees, when it gets slow, most of employees get sent home and wait for work."

"Everything was pretty good, the only improvement I can think of is maybe better communications between the project managers, engineers, planners and constructions."
