"I might suggest that they increase their advertising, have sales associates push their sales and, hire a couple more part-time employees as they launch their eCommerce site."

"It was very slow to no business, spifs were horrible, work hours were rediculous and there were no health benefits."

"I enjoyed the client interaction and the creativity that often cam with the job. I loved working with the fabrics and the finding the perfect, surprising match. Meaning, finding fabrics that look phenomenal together, but were not created to go together."

"Well, maybe they should wait until the economy improves."

"The store was beautiful. I was inspired by the store daily to create elegant spaces."

"I would say the one thing they may want to do will be listening to their designers, in terms of sales and store promotions. They are the ones on the front line talking to the clients. They have a pulse on what will and will not sell."

"The opportunity to help clients that wanted to update their kitchens. Finding a solution that would meet their budget goals."

"Know what you are getting into before accepting this position. Make sure you keep accurate records so you are paid properly."

"Inconsistent pay, tough economic times, Did not know where is was going every day."

"Sofa Express Closed. Probably due to the fact that most of upper management had conflict of interest issues. Example: The District Manager of Sofa Express for Atlanta, GA owned 2 independent furniture stores. The Delivery Manager owned his own delivery company."
