"Consulting has it's ups and downs just like any other work. From a freelance perspective, it's all about what you put in to it, at the end of the day. It's nice to be able to make your own schedule, do what you enjoy, and get paid for it. The trouble, sometimes, is finding the next gig."

What do you like about working at Danmer Custom Shutters?
"Not much, I was subjected to bullying and lots of back stabbing. They, took my sales, and then didn't pay me my commissions. F- place to work"

"Run Away as fast as you can!!!! By the way, I now own my own very successful Window Fashion Business, and treat everyone with kindness."
What don't you like about working at Danmer Custom Shutters?
"After I was hired, I found out via the internet, that Danmer had a class action suit filed against them by their employees for not reimbursing for mileage. Then, found out via the internet that my immediate supervisor, was arrested, charged and imprisoned for felony agrevated child molestation, what happened to our back ground checks These employees go into customer's homes!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management is hopeless at this company....you know what flows downstream."

"Beautiful environment, interesting work. Satisfying to help people design their spaces."

"Make sure you want your job to be the focus of your life."
What don't you like about working at Renaissance Tile & Bath?
"Long hours for little pay. High monthly quota; must stay late/work through lunch to get all paperwork caught up. Poor management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More communication. Get pay scale in line with cost of living for this area. Commission on everything sold."
