"It's some how a very strick company, I don't know what I could advice."

What don't you like about working at Chartis?

"I don't like that my manager does not recognized all the extra work I do, and just takes me for granted."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I will highly suggest for them to pay attention and if to see that if an employee is going the extra mile and for the manager to be flexible with the enployee when ever need it."
