"At times of the year overtime was heavy and family time was missed"

"Keep the level of communication open so everyone is on the same page."

"I like my customers and taking care of people. I like having a job."

"Apply somewhere else. This place is a mind suck and they don't care about you."

"The store manager is an egomaniac and pathological liar who sleeps with young female associates."

"Listen to the department supervisors, and hold people accountable for their behavior."
What do you like about working at United States Navy?
"An organization that truly believes in taking care of their people."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be adaptable to any situation. The best assignments I had were the ones my supervisor would ask, what do you know about this... I would tell him I didn't know much but was adaptable to learning and doing. Resulting in the opportunity to experience new countries and work with a great group of people."
What don't you like about working at United States Navy?
"Not being able to stay for more than three years because of military personnel rotation system."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep up the great enthusiasm for taking care of the most important asset, and try not to let WARCOM get you down when personnel are pulled from the organization to support higher tasking."

"It's a challenging, fast-paced environment that can be very demanding, but yet it has it's rewards."

"Fight for the pay you are worth now, and try to get as much as you can."

"I get no freedom to manage my business. I got all the expectations with no direction, yet I'm held accountable if I do not deliver the results, but I got no recognition for my good ideas and great performance."

"I would be recognizing my employees for their jobs with better wages."

"I was always supported in my efforts to get the job done and they made me feel like my opinion counted in most situations"

"The fact that it no longer exists it went bankrupt in 2009"

"nepotism is rampant through the company, harsh managers with subordinates"

"less favoritism and more consistent opportunities for advancement for all employees"

"You get no support from the H.R associate's. they give you no translator with over 14 different languages."

"removing the style of management currently in place and providing more corporate structure, moving away from family oriented business structure becuase it does not work."

"I enjoyed helping the associates get what they needed to complete their assigned tasks."

"The company is acceptable to work for, just be prepared for a possible morale issue if working at certain distribution centers."

"I had no issues with the company, however, the building I worked in was going downhill with respect to morale and attitudes."

"Worry more about getting the job done correctly and less on just putting positive numbers in the production reports."

"Love interacting with people, helping them to get what they are looking for."

"transitioning now and not sure you can depend on doing only what you were hired for."

"Sometimes I feel like why bother to do what I do, because one manager or another will redo it, and not explain why. Way over micro-managed."

"I would treat the associates as fair and square as the stockholders are being treated"

"A leader in its field and continues to evolve and grow despite economic challenges. Structured on good values and a culture that takes pride in its market and the people who work for them."

"Be great listeners, listen to the market, listen to the employees, accentuate and reward positive behaviors."
