"It is stressful. Nobody in upper management cares to help. There is poor leadership and they are not very helpful, They treat employees like crap."

"I would help my best employees, be sure that they love their jobs, and try to help others get promoted the same way."

"HP work environment has deteriorated due to industry competition being fierce."

"Management must always keep the company's interest in mind, not just their own."

"Hold the company accountable for keeping the polices and procedures."

"Raises were up to the cost of living and corporate. Management was always changing."

"Believe in coaching and culture of the company, and hold the company accountable."

"Not much career advancement, don't ask store employees for much input"

"Marketing needs to change, need to be more in touch with our customers, should be more community focused at our individual stores"

"The opportunity to take the bull by the horns to get any project completed, and completed as the customer desired."

"The extremely long periods away from home and family. That is really the only drwa back of this comjpany."

"Please try to cut back on the extremely long periods of time away from home. A period of two to three weeks away would be the most I would suggest."

"Interviews are with working managers, so be honest and avoid marketing or HR speak."
What don't you like about working at Kyocera?
"Lines of communication can be very long. We have development offices in Japan, the Philippines, the Ukraine, and China."

"Let people work their jobs and don't try to do every job in house."

"It's a tough compnay to work for. Its fast pace and hard. You must be able to change with the times and learn to take direction."
What don't you like about working at Walmart?
"Although we have our own freedoms within in the department, they are limited. Tour notes are given daily- mircromanged too much and the expections are too high for one department manager. There is not enough help within the stores to get done what needsto be done. No one is held accountable for their own mistakes and errors keep piling on. The morale is super low and there just isnt any work ethic. Employees are threatened to stay over and work and then told to loose that time before the work week is over."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would listen to those employees around me and try and fix any issues those might have. I would give the tools and resources needed to perform the job to its fullest"
What do you like about working at Hobby Lobby?
"Discount on art supplies, and the fact that I don't have to worry about work when I'm at home"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This is a retail job. It's great as a temporary position."
What don't you like about working at Hobby Lobby?
"Dealing with the general public is a chore, and I feel I don't get to use my brain enough."

"I would never run the show. It seems like a demanding and stressful position."

"I like helping customers with their home projects. Every day is something different at Menards."

"Be honest and listen to the requirements for what you need to work."

"I dislike working a lot of nights and weekends, even with time served."

"Listen to team members for improvement on what can be done to move things forward."
