"There were no sales quotas and great coworkers creating a delightful work environment. I had creative visual opportunities working on display projects."

"They are definitely looking for someone who fits the mold. Customer care is of the utmost importance."
What don't you like about working at Anthropologie?
"Like most retail positions requiring late nights and weekends, there was no work/life balance. My low salary made this a challenge."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would give upper management better hours with MIT's and supervisors working evenings and weekends."

"I like the merchandising challenges, helping customers with legitimate questions, and the employee discount."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't bother. Brick-and-mortar retail is a suffering industry. No one deserves the abuse from customers you will get if you start here."
What don't you like about working at Bed Bath & Beyond?
"Using old technology that a lot of customers ridicule. Not enough labor hours to appropriately cover shifts. Lots of talk about training and expertise, backed up by weak and ineffective instruction and little followup. And most of all, the utter slavery to the fallacy that the customer is always right."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Increase spending on labor, and invest in upgrading the stores' inventory systems and infrastructure."

"The people that I worked for and the area as well, Monterey, CA."

"If you are looking for a great duty station Monterey is the place. Long work hours but worth it."
What don't you like about working at United States Navy?
"Their were days that were very long due to it being a training school."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"That we need more staff personnel at the command per student."
