"Denver North Care Center is a great place to work. The administrator has a giant heart of gold and she will do anything for the residents and staff. Most other staff members are very hardworking, caring individuals. As this is a secured mental health facility, the clientele can be very challenging at times. This aspect tends to make the job that much more rewarding. As with most nursing homes and other health care facilities, DNCC has its challenges which can include being short-staffed at times. But when the boss is as cool and understanding as to the current administrator, it's worth it. I would definitely recommend checking it out."
