"The Technology is awesome. Many of the people working there are good, smart and friendly. The product is certainly very helpful to Dentists and their patients."

"If the management structure is still the same as it was a year ago, you might not be happy, however if you must, keep a record of all exchanges to protect yourself."
What don't you like about working at Cadent?
"Some elements in management hijacked the company and literally run it down."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"1- Adopt the principle their own survey company suggested, namely do it RIGHT the FIRST time2- Do not ignore the warning signs delivered by the rank and file employees3- you must not hang the future of the company on the level of experience of your client laboratories 4- Rewarding dedicated employees can be rewarding for the whole company."
