"I've been working for Denovo for over a year and have found some issues of self-sabotage: essentially managers more concerned with preserving profits than enabling their teams with required equipment. Challenges are more steep than otherwise would or should be. Poor culture, unhappy workers."
"I worked for Denovo for two years and, during that time, climbed the latter quite quickly. When I joined, the atmosphere was great. When I left, the atmosphere had changed for the worse. Overall experience was good, although their ethos of running a lean shop has really hurt. Lean can be good, understaffed not so much. Expect a massive workload."
