"I worked for Denovo for two years and, during that time, climbed the latter quite quickly. When I joined, the atmosphere was great. When I left, the atmosphere had changed for the worse. Overall experience was good, although their ethos of running a lean shop has really hurt. Lean can be good, understaffed not so much. Expect a massive workload."
