What don't you like about working at Denbury Resources?
"I do not like the fact that the company is very reliant on a particular source of CO2 for carrying out their CO2 flooding. I think that other sources of CO2 should be adopted like anthropogenic sources. Only recently has the company begun to consider this alternative source. Also, the company does not have a structured training program for newly hired employees thus, they always leaned towards hiring engineers with years of experience and almost never graduating students. As the world evolves, so does technology, hence, it is either a company has a structured training program to continuously keep its engineers updated on the recent technological advances or they hire graduates who perhaps have learned about the new advances in technology in school."
