It is well respected and is very successful and seen as an industry leader in ecommerce space. LIke most companies that are in the midst of rapid growth there are growing pains, but I learned a great deal about the space."

"The employees are wonderful and very helpful! Most people are very bright and are quite the visionaries."

"It is all about cultural fit here. There are some questions that situational focused; however, for the most part it is how your personality meshes with others."

What don't you like about working at Demandware?

"Release process is not as organized as it should be"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When you commit to a process, follow it. There have been too many situations where we allow one customer to dictate our release."
