"Too many peers are coerced to churn and work undesirable hours because company sponsors lots of work visas."

"Work together to eliminate silos and redundant roles. Discourage empire-building."

"make sure you have the correct buzzwords on your resume or you won't get past stage one. HR processes don't have any human part until after the program."

"the office is aged, equipment and facilities hopelessly outdated, ugly, unimpressive to have outside suppliers there"

"Exposed to SAP and other cutting edge supply chain management strategies. Great place to learn and prepare for your next role outside of the company.."

"If you want to work somewhere where you can coast, have job security, make a below average salary but decent benefits and go home at 4:30 everyday, then Pactiv is for you. If you are a driven person looking for advancement, steer clear."

"Performance means nothing. Regardless if you are a star or sleep at your desk, everyone is compensated and promoted at a snails pace based on seniority."

"I live in Manggahan area which is only 5-10 mins away from the plant in Rosario, Pasig City."

"URC is good, you will gain a lot of experience with your stay. But compensation wise, better think twice."

"The benefits and compensation package is still way below industry level. Also there is no chance for you to be sent to various trainings and seminars which will benefit both the company and the employee."

"I hope that the company reviews the current compansation and benefits program and provide a better one for the current and future employees."
