"You had complete account control. It was your business. With this model one was able to learn so much about all operations of Dell and how they impacted your customers."

"The weekly and sometimes daily forecasting calls. One Dell employee can not sell to another."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Let your sales people succeed and fail on their own. Cut down on the forecasting calls."
