"Dell has many excellent products and the opportunity to learn and be certified with there products is a huge plus in the outside IT world besides just being within the company."

"Learn a lot about the company and ensure you put customer service and customer satisfaction as a high priority because that's what the company relies on for there business strive."

What don't you like about working at Dell?

"There seems to be no rest time because there's an overload of work and a minimal amount of resources."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"At this time of my career, I did not work much with management because as a field engineer you did not have to work with a manager around most of the time. If you get a call from a manager it would be because there's something wrong but if everything is done properly there would be days you wouldn't even talk to them."
