Maintained the PG QMS Manual in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, conducted internal audits, represented PG quality for twice-annual external registrar audits to maintain Dell's global ISO 9001 certifications. Conducts Management Reviews at all levels including the Server President/General Manager and his staff."
