"I haven been a technician at Deem since July of 2019 and they are very organized and professional company. They emphasize on training and providing their employees with whatever they need to be successful in the field. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a field position."

"The pay is good, so is safety. However, management Is extremely poor. Job security is non existent.There have been mass walkouts by all of techs in at least one market more then once. Clients are leaving.They are a revolving door company. Training and support outside of Indy office is non existent.The money is not worth the insecurity and stress.There is a reason they are always looking for new blood and it isn't because they are growing so much as turnover. I have regularly seen good solid techs fired to cover other more "in techs" screw ups or for being in disfavor over shop politics. I have seen training techs fired for following protocols that caused quoted time to go over a half hour or so. You are only a not valuable employee, you are a tool, that is all."
