"You know you'll always have a job because you're always doing someone everyone else's job."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"only take the job if you really need it. Don't let them take advantage of you by dumping a ton of work on you. I got stuck in the trap and now I am to deep to dig myself out of it. I've been here several years and have yet received a raise and I even run personal errands for hire management."
What don't you like about working at DecisionQuest?
"They hire you for one position but then you end up doing several others without compensation"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire a new human resources manager. The one they have now has no idea how to manage and talks behind peoples backs (not good for the company)"

"High level of education amongst the employee base. Mostly all where Master's or PHD's."

"This is a very conservative serious group of individuals."

"Many small satellit offices throughout the US. Made communication difficult."

"Consolidate the operations, need to stop and laugh some times."
