"Bring a background of success in the sale of IT support. They do not sell a unique line of hardware."

"You do not have a lot of support at trying new things. The company is a conglomeration of companies which they bought so the product mix is confusing and do not integrate well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Grow by attracting new customers rather then buying companies and hoping the existing customers will stay with you."
