"I've work for DecisionOne as a contract employee before I was hired on as employee. I was laid off due to the lack of work in Des Moines, IA. This company is a world wide company and in the mid 1990's was one of the largest technical company. Great company to work for and I miss my job with them."

"My direct boss is stelar. I love doing FA work and problem solving on the line."

"It is a good entry level place to work however raises are slow and upward movement is unusal."
What don't you like about working at DecisionOne?
"The new Operations Director is a lone wolf and does not support the team work enviroment. He is well known for bullying employees and throwing co workers under the bus"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Put the Human equation back into the Human resources and you might find that productivity will raise substancially."

"My co-workers make the day go by fast. Other than that I'm ready to move on."

"Honestly I wouldn't even refer anyone to come and work there."

"I don't like management and I don't feel like there's any gratitude towards me"

"Give out raises and try to know my employees. And show more gratitude to the employees."

"Too much political B.S. and posturing by those in management.The Quality Assurance team had no clue how to properly handle authority or theimplementation of policy and procedure."

"Bring a background of success in the sale of IT support. They do not sell a unique line of hardware."

"You do not have a lot of support at trying new things. The company is a conglomeration of companies which they bought so the product mix is confusing and do not integrate well."

"Grow by attracting new customers rather then buying companies and hoping the existing customers will stay with you."
