Submit a Review"My biggest joy of being an Onsite Dean was graduation. My first graduating class had over 100 students, in which I knew each one by name. The only thing that I hated was when a student would give up on him/herself and I was unable to get them to continue with their education."

"Numbers are all that matter."
What don't you like about working at ITT Tech?
"Employees, students, and quality of education are severely devalued for the sake of the bottom line. Faculty and managers are considered expendable, while directors are overly insulated from the performance of the school. Goals for individual departments are unreasonable and contradictory to others and force departments to compete rather than work toegether. Dean PP&E goals are contradictory at best, and potentially unethical in scope."
