"Horrible pay. Design team sometimes don't seem to care about the important things that would the design department and/or the company better overall for their customers. Some of the other designers that have worked there longer are way overpaid for the lack of skills with they have with software, hardware, skills, and knowledge, so some look scared or lazy to try to things to make the job fun and better. Hardware is never up to date. And finally, it almost feels like there is no transparency at all."
