"I’ve worked for DDS Lab since the summer of 2019 and my role as a Field Support Technician entails traveling to dental offices across the Southeast region of the U.S. and conducting training sessions with the doctors and clinical teams on how to effectively utilize their dental imaging equipment. I have to record and track new opportunities for training through the Salesforce CRM tool and report sales conversion rates to the Regional Sales Director. This company is a good company to work for because they’ve given us the necessary recourses and executive support to be very effective in our roles including decision-making autonomy for scheduling our own office visits/appointments. The compensation (salary) is very fair for what is expected in our sales role."
