"Sound positive, positive, positive! Do not discuss anything negative, as the management doesn't want to hear it. Instead, be a good sales person and consider the What's In It For Me on their behalf."

What don't you like about working at DCL Medical Laboratories?

"Executive leadership has changed since I worked there, so it may be better now. When I worked there, however, executive leadership was quick to perceive threats by those who tried to protect the company and to perform due diligence in protecting clients and patients while implementing strategic direction for the company. This resulted in a discouraging culture that was very oppressive to those of us who tried to ensure regulatory compliance instead of jumping at new initiatives that the executive team wanted to implement with little consideration to compliance, customer, and patient interests."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Instead of feeling threatened by those who try to implement change and try to suggest ways of implementing change with consideration for compliance, patients, and clients, embrace their knowledge and experience, and work with them as a team to accomplish the goals. Don't write them off as troublemakers or threats to your positions, but investigate their motives - you may be surprised at how much they have your best interest as a leader in mind!"
