"The company offers numerous services that most agencies don't, which could be good, but we didn't get a full training of some of these services and don't actually know what to do. We will have to walk our way around it if there will be a client. It's sometimes disorganized and some projects are left out until we get a follow up or a complaint."

"I've worked for DCI-Artform for 2+ years. There's great opportunity for advancement and the people there are outstanding, but leadership is minimal and processes non-existent. They don't have onboarding in place, so be prepared to get thrown to the wolves without much guidance. There's a series of lay off every few months, so you should also be prepared for crippling job insecurity. Even the most optimistic folks are better off avoiding this sinking ship."

"This company is a revolving door of employees and tasks. It's not employees that are juggled, but tasks are also passed around from employee to employee because of clueless management. It's ironic because managers themselves do not accomplish much. All they do is also pass their tasks to employees, while they sit in their offices and scroll through Facebook."
