Working at DCI Artform in Milwaukee, WI: 3 Employee Reviews

Project Manager

"I've worked for DCI Artform since 2017. The company has provided me with great opportunities and has allowed me to grow my skill set in Digital Marketing. I have had the opportunity to grow at this company, including the support of me acquiring my PMP certificate. The company has recently gone through an organizational change that has put me in a role that does not align with my overall career goals. I am also looking for a job that will allow for a little more of a work, life, balance."

"I've worked for DCI-Artform for 2+ years. There's great opportunity for advancement and the people there are outstanding, but leadership is minimal and processes non-existent. They don't have onboarding in place, so be prepared to get thrown to the wolves without much guidance. There's a series of lay off every few months, so you should also be prepared for crippling job insecurity. Even the most optimistic folks are better off avoiding this sinking ship."
