"be willing to take a pay-cut due to the fact this is a new company and they compete against offshore company's"

"Cayuse competes against offshore companys so our wages are very low."

"My team is really good. I can count on them and they perform well. Management sees our value and gets us the resources that we need to grow and succeed."

"This company is very forward-thinking with technology and is very interested in IT growth. It also has many legacy systems that need to be supported until they can be replaced. Show up with a great attitude about improving things and good ideas. However, be ready to exercise patience and remember that growth and improvement can be painful, but it is worthwhile."
What don't you like about working at Two Men And A Truck?
"It seems like good ideas can only come from the top. The top isn't really into software development and methodology. So, the process is a little awkward. The company would see more ROI from IT if we focused on working smarter instead of working harder."

"The entire corporate attititude is to constantly review what we do and commit to doing it better. This philosophy needs to be applied more strongly to the software development initiatives."

"Complete control over all phases of the sales process including contract negotiations regarding terms, conditions, and price."

"Don't. CentralPayment is a slightly better company however, I ran into certain issues there as well. WorldPay would be the ideal job in this industry if you can get in, Transfirst is also a decent company in the industry. Avoid FirstData. (these are the top 3 players.) A processor to bank sales position is what is desired, but they mostly require 2 years outside sales experience with a credit card processing company. I personally declined to relocate to Philadelphia PA to obtain a position with WorldPay"
What don't you like about working at Summit Merchant Solutions?
"Pay was 3 times lower than industry standard, Stole accounts behind back within protected territory, Bait and switched a client(I offered one thing and was approved, they then faxed a different contract to potential client) Resigned due to ethical issues. GOOGLE the company. Regional VP has emailed me numerous times to reconsider Advanced pay structure for top consultants."

"Be honest, have integrity, support the sales team, lead by example."

"Know what a cartesian join is, being willing to research issues on your own."

"the benefits are not good. Our 401k is a whopping 2% of our salary"

"Invest in the people who work there with training and reward them with bonus when they meet goals"

"Worst at internal communications. Programmers come and go for new projects without anyone else knowing what or why. They are very deceptive to their clientele and most employees. They lack integrity."

"They need better management of the company finances. It is inexcusable to bounce payroll checks and late-pay employees. They only bounced 2 of my checks, but others went 3 months without pay!"

"There was no path for advancement and I worked an exceptionally large amount of overtime for 2 or 3 years with no compensation. Thanks yes, gratitude yes, but no time off, no bonus."
