"Work from home, make my own commission based on my teams performance. Do what you need to in order land accounts provided they are profitable. Great service longhaul."

"If you are an Account Executive it is ok for now but you may be let go at any day. For management positions stay clear as the stability is not at all their."

What don't you like about working at Daylight Transport?

"Owner changed President who brought in his own Conway people who changed the culture of the entire company. Existing management was let go along with all their people they brought on systemmatically. Currently, profits are down as well as top line revenue and everyone is one pins and needles as to if they will have a job the next day. Stability is not at all there now."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Switch back to performanced related management instead of micro-management"
