"It is run by drug addicts, child molesters and people with no morals that will watch you burn for their own enjoyment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pull your heads out of your 4th point of contacts, treat your employees with respect, and train new hires. Crew leads screaming at new employees for not doing things right and getting them fired because the refused to train said employee is unprofessional and bad for business."
