"Everyone is working towards the same goals. Managment take on opinions and reward innovation."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It is an innovative environment, don't be afraid to express yourself or think outside the box."
What don't you like about working at Datalex?
"The company is only geting back on it's feet after a few bad yeas since circa 2000. There are quite a lot of old legacy systems. Direct manager will push forward in his decision if he feels strongly about it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Probably invest in more training. Take onboard the IT departments recomendations for different systems. You get what you pay for."
