"Since the company is a IT consultant company, it is a really good opportunity to learn-while-work at Dataframe. Also, since it is a small company, the boundage between co-wrokers are strong. They also have very good managers. You will meet a lot of good people there."

"The company doesn't really have very good salary ratio compared to the time you work. Any job there requires lots of overtime and oncall jobs, but there will be no overtime fee for the extra time you put it. Also, since it is a IT consultant company, the path fast and the loads are heavy. If you are not agressive worker, please do not try."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The managing skill for the management still have room to grow. The fact is that many managers are 80% handling the technical issue and 20% managing. The company really needs to take some technical support from managers, so managers can fully excises their functionalities."
