"Honestly I loved that I was helping making things better for customers and being in a position where I knew how everything was setup and could pretty much handle any issue that came up.What I disliked was the fact it was in L.A. and often people would hit me up a lot which slowed my ability to get my main work done or people would literally wait until I got in to pass off to me. Nearly half of my assignments were also high priority 1-2 days to complete which was annoying as well."
